Other reaches made an elephant coat, the black black blowing of the storm sky over
black smoke choking the black birds of the black sky
black black black birds - the moon has an eye, the moon has an eye

amigdalas the world over
spasm jolts through the fabric, pulls
the fabric of the world over

jagged knots connecting guts and skulls
pulls the cords the world right over,

the babies are going wrong, the babies are going wrong

killing lines, killing lines, the world over

ooh I felt like my body was either mutating into something gross or the human race is dying under the black black prophesy....

A very orogenic poem.

At first i thought orogenic might been vomit inducing, or something to do with orarices (I'm totally deslexic so chances are this is a hillariously bad spelling), so I eagerly looked it up and have its geological meaning; do you meen unsettling like a tremor?? Or was my first instinct about there (vulcano's vomit!)

Oh yeah I think I get it now - I just read the poem, all the connections in the human frabric pulling like techtonic plates. Is that right?

the babies are going wrong, the babies are going wrong

is an almost unbearably sad line in this very vivid poem!

"amigdalas" -- same as "amygdalae"?

Excuse the late response to your earlier question - yes, tectonic plates; the geological theory of catastrophism. Just an image that sprung to mind after reading it.
