What is the difference between the Brotherhood and Big Brother? These are the two counteractive parties I presume. Then what is the difference between the inner party and the outer party? Is the outer party Big Brother? Does Big Brother know that the Inner party members are plotting against them secretly and dislike them very much?

Remember that Big Brother is not one person, he is the government. They may have posters of him everywhere, but it's just a figure. And to try to answer your question, the Brotherhood is the group that is plotting to over throw the government. From my prespective, the outer party is like a the "middle class" of the party. They are the heavy workers, and are probably the group under the most surveilance. Making the inner party would be like the "upper class," they seem to have more money, can turn off the telescreen [even if it is for a limited time], and believe they are something like party represetatives, the "perfect" party members.
