Inside crazy caverns of denied reality
the jester makes his home.
Sitting cross-legged on a throne of pure perception,
gazing outward and chuckling at the scene.
Most ignore or attempt to save him,
but a few do laugh with him.

Look in the mirror, what do you see?
A fool looks back at you and me.
The mad magician roars with mirth
at all the ignorant spells cast back
to their own source: the earth.

Most of us spend our time
seeking to solve the riddle of life,
a few view the solution
from their grotto of light.

Logic is the lock
and the joker is the key.

Well written. I need to reread a few times. Your joker seems similar to that of Shakespeare's jester.

He is based loosely on The Fool in King Lear
