Seven of pentacles-The elf
She has done well so far.
Her dedication and hard work has paid off.
Feeling confident she harvest her fruit of life. Though, what is next?
She has been so engrossed in her work she has forgotten to take joy in the results so far.
She must take a look around her.
What has she missed?

Seven of wands-The vixen
The mother vixen must stand up for herself.
It is her deepest fear, losing her babies.
The black badger, the opposition.
It is time for mother fox to say no and hold her ground.
She must resist the demands.
Though the badge is her own inner demon.

Seven of cups-The humans
They must make the right choice.
They are clouded by so many options they are unorganized.
Stuck under the illusion of what they think they'll achieve.
They must stop, take a look around them.
For they well see they are one step closer to stepping off into their own demise.

Seven of swords-The thief
You mustn't run away from the truth.
He is a sneak, trickster, and a liar.
He is seen running away from the village, a sack of swords across his bare back.
Think young thief, has anyone seen me?
Have I covered my tracks well?
Take reponsibility for your actions.
Someone will point their finger at you and you will have no choice but to face the truth.

King of swords
The most powerful of the four kings.
His intellect and knowledge keeps him safe.
He produces fair judgment through his land and is well respected.
Some say he is too assertive, so sure of himself that he over powers conversation.
He thinks he’s never wrong. It’s his way or no way.
Perhaps his head has gotten too big for his crown.

King of pentacles
This reliable and unshakeable king is the happiest king.
He is successful and always a head of the game.
Knowing what is right for himself and his people
He is loved by his entire kingdom.
He is savvy, Charismatic, and responsible.
Although, not everyone is please by him.
It seems he is so obsessed with his success; his relationship with the queen is suffering.

King of wands
This is the powerful and bold king, a role-model to all.
He is dramatic and willing to take appropriate risks.
He is never shy or modest and he sets the example for everyone.
This fiery king is facing an issue that well never solve unless he puts away his pride
and his jealousy. His issue is the crave most human kings have, the need for more power.

King of cups
Known for keeping his head together when others all around him are falling apart.
He has good guidance, wisdom, and is emotionally mature.
He is calm and keeps balance among the lands.
He his secrete,
Somewhere among his kingdom someone is using his emotions to black mail him.
He must focus and open-up to his people about this,
Or else the lands with be in utter chaos

Tarot if I'm not misaken? - an intriguing set of poems.

These four verses seem to be a cross between a personal card reading and a more mystical expression of what the cards represent.

There are a few typos - including 'lair' for 'liar', and 'theif' for 'thief' - but overall these are admirable.

They display a brevity of thought and subtlety that is very promising.

Thank you, I'm sorry for my spelling when I'm really into something that I'm writing I forget to spell words properly. yes your right it is based after Tarot cards, for some reason I've been inspired to write a story about them. I make the story about the picture on the card and i put their meanings as the plot. I'm working on a story that well probably take me awhile called The four kingdoms.

I enjoyed your poem. Each verse can stand alone, or all together as one - brilliant.

My one complaint, very minor, is that it was best to go to Edit in my browser and press Select All to highlight your text for my weak/aging/decrepit/(stopit) eyes. While I love the Royal Blue color, perhaps your text could be made bold for complainers such as eye (sic) ?

Ta ! (short for tarradiddle),

Tarot cards. Nicely composed and each one strong in its imagery. Makes me want to admire the artwork of each one.
