As long as I live, I will always be a fan.
Of the lovely, wonderful Barbra Streisand.

Voice so pure and enchanting when she sings.
You can hear romantic bells ring.
Whether singing high or low.
Her words always have a beautiful flow.

Soft melodies that could make a person cry.
Songs of emotion that could bring a tear to the eye.
Angel in disguise, lady of grace.
One of the best song stylists on this earth's face.

Let us hope barbra is a Lit-Net member and can appreciate your touching tribute to her

.....or indeed let us hope she is not.

The first two lines read very awkwardly indeed because her name is pronounced Streisand not Streisand.....

a bit like pronouncing the word 'Adam' as 'a damn' - there is a difference.

You seem to rely entirely on rhyming words rather than bothering to express things clearly - the last line of the last verse for example - do people out there say things like that?

Overall I will have to admit this made my teeth hurt it's so sickly sweet. Perhaps I expect more from a poem; I just don't get why someone who is obviously a fan of someone else would go to the trouble of writing something so unappealing.
