I was a little puzzled by it. I do look for meaning, especially when there doesn't seem to be any real pattern. Maybe that is its appeal?

Is this a specie of found poetry? Random phrases picked up here and there? If so, I thought there might or ought to be a theme or pattern to be discerned but didn't find one.

I also assumed it was found poetry, making a statement perhaps on how words and language are cheapened by the media - cliches that become so over-used to sell a product or a lifestyle that the lose any meaning that was there originally.

There's also such randomness about the whole piece that suggests it has got to make sense.
