love&hate

we the people
complain as a group
a bunch of little kids
and were supposed a nation
so many problems
left untouched
like a child with veggies at lunch
we are going in the wrong direction
the president says hope
maybe that's the lesson
that he should learn
before the U.S. we burn
politics ain't my specialty
but i know we got to grow
a fast past poem is far unknown
i don't care what you think
but still you should let me know
whether i should keep writing or just stay home
cause it feels that everybody is out to get me
I'm like Malcom X without any motives
did anyone stop to think
that the reason this is all lower case
is because i don't care what you think
it started off about politics
but now its about being who i choose to be
i can but a rhyme
in every line or skip 3 and relate to the times
I'm just like everyone else
trying to get excepted never the less
lines to long causing all my stress
so i will take time to be honest
i don't know the first thing about love
but man I'm trying
now this is probably gonna make half of you mad
but at least you know how i really feel sad
like the end of the world and the moon ain't shining
i think i should give up
but i rely on yal and keep trying
i'm not gonna get a positive review
but o well this is me
now you know don't read me anymore if you don't like how it goes
