I wrote a story, I wrote it with care
with the purpose simply to share.

I typed the story, I typed it with care
filled with passion here and there.

I finished the story, I edited with care
I clicked submit without logging in, bleah!

I'm sure we've all been there!

Nice and quirky!

ha ha. this bloody laptop of my daughters is bizarre. i'm a touch typist but all of a sudden the cursor will relocate itself and the words don't make any sense or I hit two buttons at the same time and everything is gone. its soooooo frustrating.

Jerry, you win the prize for the best poem never posted!!!!

Hey dafydd, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Thanks Jerry, that's why I directed my smashing anger into the poem instead :p

Hi delta, I used to have this problem. Try positioning the palm beneath your thumbs further away from the trackpad. Sometimes it slides across accidentally while typing and the pad's pretty sensitive.

Anyway was writing about an encounter with a girl so darn special. someone unforgettable. needed to write it down to get it off my chest. anyway, see you guys around! love the community here :D

aha! that's what I'm doing wrong! I do let my thumbs drop a bit when typing

Funny piece Jukebox.

I got in the habit of frequent "select all" & "copy" [forums] / or "save" [word processing] when writing to minimize the anguish. Still, the occasional glitch happens - just not as frequently. Quite often I'll start with pen and paper; after all, one needs a hard copy signed and dated for those future historians... (it could happen).
