The Good Morrow is addressed to a lover of Donne's.
In stanza one he is musing about their state before they awoke to each other's love, and refers to them being like children - weaned, or unsophisticated - country pleasures. he makes reference to 7 sleepers - which is a Christian story about three persecuted christians who woke from a sleep after being sealed in a cave .

In stanza 2 he equates them and their love to the explorers and adventurers which were a feature of Elizabethan England. This is an example of a poetic conceit which led to Donne and others being called metaphysical poets. The main point is that they have lots to discover about each other rather than going off adventuring.
In the last stanza he furthers the poetic conceit of exploration by suggesting they are joined into some eternal love - My face in thine eye - and reflects the oneness of God.
Hope this helps.
