I'm a Sophomore undergraduate at my school and I'm starting a college book club. I want to have a focus on intellectual discussion, but I also want to avoid alienating any members or scaring anyone away.
Writing a constitution and dealing with the administration is proving to be quite the hassle. Does anyone have any experience with such a matter and what would you suggest? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
