If you were a lily
growing on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea,
I'd turn myself into a butterfly.

I know my wings are thin and weak,
but my longing is strong.
I'd fly across thousands of mountains and rivers,
if I have to,
just to hang around with you
for a little while.

Let me rest in your arms
when the long day is done!
Don't wake me up
whether the sun will rise or not
when morning comes!

Every time, you do it for me. I mean, every time! I know that feeling only too well. Thanks once again.

Lovely and delicate like the wings of a butterfly. You really know how to express the longing of heart, the sweet pain. I like these lines very much.

Thanks, Daffy, for the thanks!
What is that feeling you know too well?

Being happy to go miles and miles and miles, just to be with someone for a short while. That feeling.

Right on!
Daffy, you're the man that really knows the feeling well!
We have a verse and I'd like to share it with you!

It's my parents who gave birth to me,
but it's you who know me!

I must remember that. Thanks, and thanks for all your precious poems. It's almost like hearing somebody else telling me how I'm going to feel.

OH! No.
Don't say that!
It makes me feel ashamed and embarrassed! It sounds like I'm very dogmatic!
