Hello,
My friend would like to major in writing/literature in College and while he has a very good writing style and is full of imagination his handwriting is absolutely atrocious. His hand isn't steady enough, his words are slanting on all sides and he presses really hard when he writes so writing in the other side is sometimes difficult. Is it possible for him to strive in this domain while having a slight problem. For me it is just minor because at the end of the day typewriters and computers exist and you don't look at his handwriting when he writes books but rather at the printed copy of it.
