You shivered outside
alone
in early morning chill!
The way your green blouse blew gently
in autumn breeze
still and will always linger in my mind.

The purple corsages
you wore
were intoxicatingly beautiful,
caught,
and opened my drowsy eyes.

I have a deja vu feeling!

A stroll down memory lane,
I vaguely recall
we made a promise a thousand years ago
to meet again
somehow sometime somewhere
whatever the cost!

This is virtuoso in poetry. The substance of it navigates across all limits. So simple, yet so elegantly crafted. Passions, of course fiery passions, that is, as primal as nature go manifest here.

mmm those flowers again! and yet you write such beautifully honest poetry.

can you do an original A-Z of flowers poem - that would be interesting and I think you better than any of us could do it Angliholic

Thanks, Blazeofglory, for the nice words again!
You really flattered me very much with this comment!

Thanks, Delta, for your comment!
In fact, I'm learning from all of you and try to practice my English through scribbling now and then!
For what it's worth, I'm thinking about something else now!

Could you do without the deja vu line, because it is such an intrusion on the beautiful objectivity of the rest of this?

Thanks, Prince, for your proper comment!
What if I reword it as "I have a deja vu feeling?"
