(Since I wrote it right now while listening to this, one might want to listen too while reading, so here is Einaudi's Nightbook (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tCn-k6eBeE).)
On Ludovico Einaudi's Nightbook
The lashes fly when the darkness is dancing,
and yes they fly, each with a wave
in grace. Turn, turn slow,
and when you will be glancing,
see them fly away from you, in wild, naive
moves, each in the dance, watch them grow
beyond the wind and bind the night.
There is no symmetry in this wild love of black.
When you fall, don't look back.
Feel. Feel the dark in its own light,
and dance to the ecstasy and know
it is in the imperfection you will find your love.

Oh, it is so good to see you here once again, with your inimitable imagination and the steady, calm flow of your lines. I couldn't figure out how to listen to the music while reading this, but I will go and access it now.

Jer :) . You know how much I appreciate and value your comments. Never hurts to say thanks though :) .
I wrote this in a simple stroke while in the middle of that music, just when the music was completely flowing in me, inside me.

I've listened to that piece since my last post to you and yes, it's beautiful. I hope others will use the link you provided.

Indeed the poem complements the music and vice versa.... one of my constant inspirations is music, and I often write something in direct response to hearing one piece or other... you have done so beautifully here. There is no symmetry in this wild love of black.
The line

as well as the closing one, are particular favourites.

It is actually quite difficult to express exactly which instant in the whole music made me write this poem and how. It is always so difficult...
However, I hope the readers enjoy it their way. Erm, never mind, for that was redundant to say too, as the reader will always enjoy (or not!) a poem their way!
'Hi Hillwalker and thanks' - would rather be, erm, more appropriate? :D

Symphonic it is greatly. I feel like dancing to the tone of this melody?

It's very pretty Symph. I really like that openning setence.

Symphony has always had a way with unforced, original, vivid imagery.
