Wow this is stunning! Such wonderfully vivid imagery, and a great way with words. I loved this poem. It painted such a majestic picture. The first two stanzas were my favorite.

I echo DM's sentiments - a very well-crafted piece that successfully transports the reader to the poet's world. The witty ending breaks the spell of peace and harmony - but as the cherub says 'Everything is made to be broken'.
