Let's start small here. Please post what you have answered and any thoughts you have about the others. I can certainly understand being confused by a question, not really getting what is being asked, and I think the best help is often an explanation of what the question is seeking rather than an answer to the question :)

I'll be happy to check back later Nicholas, and try to help where I can.

Nicholas -

Have a shot at least at the questions that are simply a question of finding the right page, rather than interpreting the text....

For instance...

6. Describe the bedroom Montag enters, whom does the setting characterize? Why is this significant?

Even if the bits in italics are difficult, the first bit is just a question of looking it up in the book.

There are a lot of questions like that in your list. Have a shot at those and it'll be easier for us to help you with the more interpretative questions...

It's an excellent book. We read it in my class this year.

Nicholas, MarkBastable has the right idea. Now to expand. The first question asks how Guy Montag feels about his job and you responded "He loves it." How do you know that? What was it in the text that led you to that conclusion? Now, quote that line, along with your answer, and you have the beginning of a more complete answer.

Nicholas - if you can't find the page on which there's a description of the bedroom, either you're not trying very hard or you're taking the wrong class entirely.

If it's the former, we're not inclined to help you, because we won't do all the work for you.

And if it's the latter, we can't help you, short of doing all the work for you.

Nicholas, I'm actually re-reading this to ensure I'm not leading you wrong here, but you are onto something with question 2.

What is so different about Clarisse and her Family? How does meeting her affect Montag?

Here are some hints to get you started...
What does Clarisse say she does differently than other people? What pivotal realization does Montag come to about his life shortly after meeting Clarisse?

This information leads right into the third question you've listed.

Well, it's been awhile since I read this, but Montag does enter his own bedroom in the first few chapters, where his wife Mildred lays dying having taken an overdose. Isn't the room dark? Perhaps the implication is that she has lost her way, which is certainly true.

Oh. Thanks that helped. The detail about her ODing helped my find it. Thanks

You might also want to quote the first line of the book, no?

2.What is so different about Clarisse and her Family? How does meeting her affect Montag?

Clarisse is different because she has free thought. (don't know :[

During their first meeting Clarisse says several things that show her differences.

Holy Crap! Check out the first few pages, the first time Montag meets Clarisse and when Montag walks in the bedroom for the first time both scenes are chock full of imagery
