My muse and my mistress are twins.

What's the distinction?

The latter one is less an illusion.

My muse and my mistress are twins.

The only distinction?

The latter one is less of an illusion.

Minimalism has always attracted me.

This is superb

Thanks, Geetashree.

It is easier to write and read a short piece, isn't it?

I agree. Don't worry you will certainly experience more muse in the nearest future. God bless.

Cryptic yet it reveals so much.

My only quibble would be, if you are indeed aiming for minimalism you can trim more away from this delicate tree without endangering its survival.....

My muse and my mistress are twins.
The only distinction?
The latter is less an illusion.

The same to you, too.

It is not the short read.

You can load a lot of meaning in brevity.

Thanks, Geetashree, for the nice feedback.

But what are the meanings that you got from this piece?

Thanks, Geetashree, for the nice feedback.

But what are the meanings that you got from this piece?

Both overpowering - reality and surreality(read illusion)

I arrived at this conclusion after penetrating the surface into the more subtle realms of the words said as well as unsaid.

Your reply please ?

Thanks, Geetashree, for the in-depth analysis.

In fact, I'm not as complicated as you might consider!

The words just came to mind and that's all!
