Hello everyone,
Just discovered and joined this internet site. For the past five years I have been researching an intriguing character - Richard Sharp (1759-1835) - who seems to be an unsung hero of literary circles in London 1790-1835. His name crops up frquently in the letters of those to whom he gave support, such as Wordsworth & Coleridge, and he was once described as possibly being the most popular man in London of that time, but who now has heard of him? If there are any fellow anoraks out there who are interested in him, or his circle of Samuel Rogers, do let me know.
