Hello all! My name is Mary and I am a complete bibliophile. I literally spent my childhood in the library in my little town. By the time I reached the age of twelve, I had read all the children's books as well as the young adult's in that library, again it was quite a small library. Now thirteen years later, I have my bachelor's in English and hope to enroll in the near future for a Master's in Library Science. Meanwhile, I work full-time and read on my nook as much as a person can. I own quite a bit (last count of physical books was 576) and enjoy them as if they were my own children, which I do not currently have.
The genres of books is almost anything. I always enjoyed the classics, of course as well as modern fiction based in America or England, but also searching for new authors or books. I do enjoy those women fictions books (not necessary chick-lit, as many call it, but more female lead fiction books). I never really was a fan of vampire books or any science-fiction books.
Okay, I think I said too much but I do hope to engage in great conversations about one of the most inspiring and fascinating hobby -- books! :)
