How to reply to private messages

I am a new joinee and I cannot make out the following:

(1) How to reply to private messages
(2) How to access the personal poetry section ( as a result, I am posting personal poetry under general poetry section which is incorrect)
(3) How to post a blog
(4) How to access the various other fora like fiction, short story etc.
