I completely agree about Maradonna. What a hypocrite. I have had an negative reaction toward him ever since he bragged about it. It was one thing to cheat (I'm sure lots of players try to get away with stuf) but to brag about it was just too much.

Yes indeed thanks Virgil.
The sad thing is he was such a brilliant player, but in england he will allways be remembered for that hand ball.
I remember when he played at wembley in a rest of the world team he was booed everytime he got the ball and the commentator tut tutted and said they would soon get fed up with it but they kept it up until he left the field and booed him off as well.

Well, he wasn't the first and he certainly won't be the last. There have been several hand-balls leading to goals in the current tournament. The thing that rankles about that infamous England game was that it put us out of the running.

He's certainly a character though, whether you like him or not. They say the Devil looks after his own :D
