An interesting thought. I found that when I had an unsuccessful man who had a number of wants, and I was madly in love, I was the most productive; not that I wound up with anything to show for it.
When I was with men who were social climbers, they pushed me, like a mule bulking all the way, to network, have dinners, look good and get an education.
I think the outwardly successful man, who is a geek and social failure, most likely tries to keep his woman in one place.

I think women should be proud of their husbands/partners' success and work hard towards making his dreams/ambitions come true.

What greater fulfilment can they expect and claim?

No woman is unsuccessful if her husband is a success!
