ooh nice but as I get older, I put greater value on my body. I used to think the body was just a vessel to cart the essence of who I am around but the two are interconnected and must complement each other.

Very true! I shall write this one down for future reference. Theories can become so easily twisted and distorted, that they become a shadow of their former self. Take Marxism as a prime example!
