iN SOME FORM FORM i PLAN TO SHARE AN EVOLUTION OF A POEM FIRST PENNED IN 1972 AND UPDATED / EXPANDED 1982, 1992, AND 2002 WHEN IT WAS RECOGNIZED IN PRINT AND AN EDITOR'S AWARD - entitled "Methinks, Methinks Too Much" However I signed on and registered today because of recently completing a poem i wanted to share.
Such as we expect... the warmth and light will reign,
Until and unless we fail... natural laws;
May liberties seek... responsible pathways.
Much as we expect, our sacrifice is not without pain.
Embrace-employ each burning faith to extend life's cause.
Reciprocated blinded gifts... see loving arrays.
Sanity we may catch in our reflection -
Of purpose and charity to yesterday
Loving our tomorrow's reborn inspection;
Seeking an unknown right for another day.
Thus our daydreams bridge a socio-media-politico world,
Identifying struggles of empowering capitalism -
Challenging our children's dawn misinterpreting mud hurled.
Effecting our need to appreciate - communicate humanism.
