how is the issue of fate raised in hamlet?

also i do not know if am right or not but when hamlet says 'there's a divinity that shapes our end'. does this means he finally accepts his fate, no matter what comes along or is he saying that he has no control over fate but he does not care.

any opinions would be grateful.

A bit of both, except I think Hamlet does care and certainly strives. But as Gloucester says to Edgar in King Lear:

As flies to wanton boys are we to th' gods.
They kill us for their sport.
