I'd start by reading the book, or at least a summary thereof. If you've done that, you should be able to write the essay. If you still have problems then, ask a more concrete question. I'm sure if people see that you're actually trying and not just letting them do YOUR homework then someone will help you. Good Luck.

The main love theme is between Mr. Rochester and Jane Eyre. I have to admit, I would probably be stuck on what to say. Some ugly old man who had gotten screwed in the past, who is taking care of a bastard child from one of his mistresses, falls in love with his sensible thought plain governess. He plays hurtful mind games and doesn't come clean about his past.
Then Jane runs away and considers marrying a...cousin? It would be a practical marriage. She admires the cousin, I think. He seems devoted to his cause--and the hardness of the life he wants to make seems a good way to ignore her broken heart. The cousin wouldn't be passionate--may not always notice she is there...but he wouldn't hurt her the way Rochester did.
Then everything works out in the end.
Of course, it has been several years since I read it.

Or you could also start with the lack of maternal love Jane experiences in her childhood as an orphan and how this shapes her character. Altough there is Bessie, who provides some love. You can analyze this relationship, especially from Bessie's point of view, how she plays mother..
Then it comes to romantic love and Rochester. Here you could analyze why a young lady like Jane would fall in love with a creep. Must be something of her childhood, but in either case, it appears to be a strong love.
Then comes the problem of marriage and the society back then. For Rochester is still married, he can't marry again. Kinda like Romeo and Juliet, outside circumstances prevent love, and Jane is 'forced' to leave.
She almost marries her cousin, which would indeed be a practical marriege. Then in the end when the crazy wife of Rochester dies, they can finally marry and we have sort of a happy end.
So themes would be how love influences character, and how society plays an important role by defining marriage conventions. I'd suggest one paragraph for 'maternal love' in Bessie's childhood (maybe include abuse too as contrast), then one about marriage and the time, and the last one about the 'true love' with Rochester and how it eventually overcomes difficulty.
I haven't read the book, just a 5 min summary by the way.

Very impressive for someone who hasn't read the book.
