Candle light shines folk art lullabies
on what once was a tree that's now for me
to hide my clothes.
A majestic wolf and his lover sprint
to corner's of memoirs of my past,
my historical prose.

Little light bulb at the bottom right climbs
his way up to preach to me mistakes
unconsciously proposed.
The nicotine goddess ( so beautifully dire )
screams to me to proceed in sucking her dry
of suicide's gold.

So I brake.

Now - lost from poet's perversion -
I can't seem to continue those horrible rhymes
glued with unset meter.
Determined descriptions of my late night life
sink deeper in unsettled seas of demise
with currents of faulty demeanor.

Ah, behold the postmodern poem,
artlessly and unasahmedly self-aware
that speakes in and of itself
to disseminate despair! :D

I don't begin to understand all your work Revolte, but your unique perspective on life never ceases to intrigue me.
This is what modern poetry should be all about - contemporary experimentation at its best.....

As good as I thought this from beginning to end, my interest was considerably perked up at:

The nicotine goddess ( so beautifully dire )
screams to me to proceed in sucking her dry
of suicide's gold.

So I brake.

Now - lost from poet's perversion -
I can't seem to continue those horrible rhymes
glued with unset meter.

with currents of faulty demeanor.

Bravo!

Your poem has good rhythm, flicking like a candle from one  to the next. http://serve.mysmiley.net/happy/happy0033.gif (http://www.mysmiley.net/free-indifferent-smileys.php)

I really feel this piece is picture perfect from beginning to end. I love the surrealist touches, yet it all seems to hang together as a coherent whole. That entire last stanza is just divine.
