who says the animal life is tiny
it has the same flesh and skin
i advise you not to kill the bird in the tree
for the babies are waiting for their mother's return

I advise you not to leave your "i" uncapitalized. ;)

The last line caught me. For a moment after I read it, I assumed "babies" and "mothers" were referring to human babies and mothers. Then it dawned on me and I found myself a little ashamed for that automatic association.
Simple and effective.

This is such a sweet poem. I love everything written about nature you see. This one feels like you are coming out of your shell. Fabulous. :coolgleamA:

The last line provides a really potent punch. My only suggestion would be to trim it up just a bit and work on line breaks. Like:
who says the animal life is tiny
it has the same flesh
The same ____ (I don't like skin which just repeats flesh)
i advise you not to kill
the bird in the tree
for the babies are waiting
for their mother's return
