I came across a series of hilariously witty videos uploaded on YouTube. He uses some colorful language and graphics in some places, so viewer discretion is advised.

If he would just speak a little faster, those videos could be shortened....

Here's what I know, this is the greatest one minute philosophy video I have ever seen on youtube.

I did not know Galileo was a philosopher! I thought he was a scientist.

Thanks for sharing! Hilarious stuff!

I hope he makes more. There are a lot of philosophers who would make for a great three-minute treatment (e.g. Nietszche, Hegel, Russel, Plato, Spinoza, etc.; here's to hoping he'll make a vid for all of the aforementioned and many more! :cheers2:).

I would love to see this guy make a video on Diogenes the Cynic, who was reported by other ancient Greek philosophers as to have lived somewhat like a ancient Greek hippie and was once said to have been masturbating in the middle of a market place and yelling out "it's a shame that you can't rub off hunger too!" It was also his death wish for his body to be torn to shreds and thrown to the dogs, or used as a scarecrow.

Thank you, ladies and gentlemen ...and Dan!

Diogenes is the undisputed Caligula of philosophers. I would add Sir Francis Bacon to list as well. Quite a wild cat he was.
