I am forty years old now
But I am still back to the starting place
Time can not hold me back
And it is a thread tied to my heart
From the left or the right
I pull it as I will

I was reborn
in this winter
in front of the threat of death
no clothes and no food
like a child of emptiness
dragged by an invisible hand to the wild land
and the people like me
in this lonely planet
almost the same

but fortunately,
I was born at your feet,
with the sweet dew you feed
I was looking at your face still
oh God and I know you are
the father of me to the eternity
I come from your blood and the beat of your heart
from the voice of yours
the tears and smiles
the wisdoms and pains
but I left
in the darkness of night
Far away from the home land of light
to look for a shooting star across the sky

the tears becomes the sea that I cry
and I use it to clean the dust on my vagabond heart
when it is like the moon on the sea again
pure and bright
oh God I will return
to your merciful palm

A fine devotional poem.
