"What do I do About Sanity"

Mangled legs and broken arms.
Dosent kill you so whats the harm.
But my mind is slipping.
What do I do?
I've got away with body unharmed.
I will though carry scars.
But the walls of my sanity are chipping.
What do I do?
I cant bear it no more.
I find life to be a bore.
But I think I am dying.
What do I do?

good question! I would try to avoid physical injury, as that tends to affect the mental state, which is most important. Keep writing is good advice. Express yourself, as Madana correctly puts it. Free verse is good! Get yourself some exercise too. try to avoid men in white coats driving vans and trying to place you in heavy white jackets. That's my advice. Looking forward to some seriously nutty stuff for your next entry, by the way.

I agree with Iallison, the coats be gone. The poem had an urgency about it that I enjoyed, on the edge. Good job. :D
