I was offered a job as an elementary teacher. I'm so happy. Several schools in my area are making cuts because of finances. I was pretty worried.

The district I'm in is pretty amazing. I'll try to do a blog about it, but I'm so behind on my exit portfolio.

I just wanted to :hurray::grouphug::banana::thumbsup: and :party: with my old friends on Lit Net. Maybe once this is done I can read a book!

It was a typical HR test that assess problem solving skills. It is for the Regional Quality Assurance Supervisor position for one of the satellite companies...

Yes...most jobs require a pre-screening and also conduct random drug tests...

Thanks for all of the kind words about my new job. I think I'm the first of the group that I'm graduating with to find work. *I kind of feel special* I couldn't sleep last night for thinking of my OWN CLASS! I'm sure all of the educators on the forum know just what I mean. I don't know how I'll get by until August. I want to set up my room and start making my lesson plans for the year! Or, at least study the frameworks so I’ll know what I need to cover. As soon as my Exit portfolio and reciprocity papers are complete I'll blog about the whole thing. Or maybe I can sneak some time after the kids go to bed tonight. It was really something.
