Hello from Scotland

Well, people call me Sweeney, but that's probably not important on this forum. I am 19, studying journalism and just finished a year of sociology. At the moment a lot of stuff has got me down and I decided to start writing fiction again. Only thing is I've got a crippling confidence problem that has always hampered my development. No feedback if you don't show anyone. So I thought I'd sign up here and see if I can maybe improve through posting. This is a sort of opportunity for me to escape my real life predicaments and hopefully develop as a writer. On that cheerful not :rolleyes5:
