Hope this is not the wrong time to ask, but I need to read War and Peace and Crime and Punishment by Saturday the 20th, and write a 40 page report on how they are similar and how they are different. Oh, and the paper has to be single-spaced and written in Sanskrit. If someone could please do this for me and email it to me at [email protected], I'd very much appreciate it.

There's nothing more comical though than seeing one of your half-joking readings of a poem regurgitated back to you in a class presentation for a university course you are taking. I just wish I had been more creative, then when I asked my question to her in class, I could have come up with a more comical response than the blank-faced expression she gave me before the Prof answered for her.

Couldn't agree more. There are some really hilarious comments here but they all identify the fact that people are misusing the forum. Haven't any of these people heard of the 'P' word? That's PLAGIARISM in case there are some who don't know what I'm referring to.:nonod:

I saw one a few weeks ago that took the biscuit, there wasn't even a "plz help me i an stuck:confused5: wid" or anything, it was just two questions (very obvious ones) posted without a thanks or a slightest pretence of trying to share any ideas - just a very lazy and presumptuous post altogether. It does get annoying after a while, especially when they are clogging the boards up with such nonsense. The Lazy Network Forums?

Hope our fearless leader and administrator doesn't take offense to this thread; but I think he has a good sense of humor and would laugh at some of these, too. It's all in fun!

I suppose if they didn't get what they wanted, help with their homework, they wouldn't be here. If you want the pleas for help to stop, you have to stop helping them. Seems pretty simple to me.

Well it is different people all the time, most that come and ask for help, it is usually thier first and only post.

Seems like their should be a Knowledge of Literature Quiz (Not Harry Potter or Twilight) as a prerequisite for joining. :p

So in conclusion, we should be called the Snobby and Grumpy Old Scholars Pick Apart Adolescent Children's Literature, While Others Debate How and Why The Merits of Their Own Religious Beliefs Outweigh Those of Others, Interspersed With Getting-To-Know-You Games and General Chit-Chat with the Occasional Homework Question from a Clueless Outsider?

...Yeah. That sounds about right.
