English major, new to the forums

Hello everyone! Like everybody else on this forum, I love literature. I just finished my undergraduate studies in English literature, and kind of miss reading all those books and discussing them on essays and in class. I will be going to grad school in the fall, as my main goal is to become a literature professor someday. Classical literature is mainly my thing. I try not to be critical of works just because they do not fit my tastes, I just find that most things written after 1950 do not bring me as much pleasure as the classics.
