IDEA: EPN collaboration event

So Night and I have been doing EPN (Endless poetry Nights) once in a while, where we just talk around on MSN and just write poetry about nothing and everything. We got this idea to do collaborations between people, line by line, where one writes a line and another the next, creating poems this way. We can then post them on the litnet, telling us who collaborated with who, for example, one that Night and me did just now:

EPN! (night and Aimus)
I always knew we were cool beans
We the kings and queens
Without really thinking
We turned our minds an inkling
And sync across the world
Our Poetry, EPN unfurled
Mayhem and madness may
run supreme today
words will be hurled
towards a mad world
Giggle and laugh if you can
There is always a plan
BTW, I stuffed the universe in a can
And so EPN began

For example, if you want to do a collab, contact someone by PM, and if you can work out the details on how to do it. (by email, messenger or other medium) One of you can post your result here. It could bring a fresh view to people who write their poetry and help people get more into the aspect of poetry itself. The best thing would be if experienced people team up with less experienced people, but it really is a free for all, where anyone can team up with anyone, and the results could be good, awesome, splendid, or maybe even plain silly. Just get to writing your poetry.

Rules:
1. Agree on a topic
2. If you want rhyme ok, but if you don't want it, don't, any poem goes.
3. Have fun! :banana:
4. Or just go wild and write poems, share together, and post them anywhere you like.

I think it sounds like fun but would probably work better in the Poetry Games and Contests forum! Hope you get a lot of participation!

I would like to point out a couple of things one, it works better if you are comfortable with teh person you write with and bounce well off each other ( at least that is the theory). Also by what grand irony does he come up with the idea for an EPN the day I turn up out of the blue?:p I am not a stalker anymore!! :banana: ( never mind injoke but I said I was going to be sarky in this post so must do)

Really though I love Endless poetry nights obviously they work better at night when you are hyped up on silliness and caffiene or wait is that just me? But have fun and enjoy your creative sploges! And don't worry when truly wierd and abnormal things happen. we have had entire conversation and debates in poetry because we never got round to switching back tis very fun! and funny to review later.
