I want to improve my english language,so guide me please.

I'd recommend any active message board over a chatroom. Most boards have a general chat section, much like this one, where you can talk about anything with all sorts of different people. Conversation stays organized by having different threads which is a plus when compared to the chaos of chatroom babble.

Go for a big one. New posts every minute.

It would probably be best to stay away from 4chan.

I used to frequent IGN. Teh Vestibule is the name given to their general chat forum. It's a male dominated board... filled with vulgarity.

I still occassionally post on nexopia. I'm on the Teens forum. Worst conversations ever. As the title suggests, it's filled with Teens.

The Vault Network is good too... I think they're mostly Australian or something. I can't remember. It was a nice place though.

If you're still set on a chatroom, Omegle is pretty alright. It's not so much a chatroom as it is a place where you can have a one on one conversation with a stranger. You'll often run into pervs, pranksters, and people that can't really speak english but I have had a few good talks using it before.
