To be honest, you could use a lot of help with grammar. Your first three sentences are almost incoherent.

Probably, and I'm not saying you are, but it looks like you want us to do your homework for you. It's a persuasive speech so you need to take a side, either for or against it. What side are you taking? What are your thoughts to support your view point?

just because i feel nice today and i have done alot of research on the topic. You are very unclear in your request. if you are after reasons to be against it ill give you some..
It does not deter crime (states with high crime rates have capital punishment).
In many cases it can cost more than incarceration (appeals, lawyer fees, etc).
Capital punishment goes beyond our constitutional rights.(life, liberty and all the stuff)
Scott Turow wrote a good book called Ultimate Punishment which has alot of good information. i would start there

umm i know i have alot of mistakes in here becuase i typed in school really fast and i had only couple of mins to post it ...
man i joined this forum to see if people can help me with my work but i dont see anyone helping me :( :( :( :(
I'm not really sure what help it is that you want... It sounds like you need to research the topic and haven't done that yet. It is simple to give reasons for or against capital punishment, but with no research to support your thoughts it is a waste. This may be a good place to start. http://bjs.ojp.usdoj.gov/

Here are a couple of links that might help. Also, you can Google either 'capital punishment' or 'death penalty.' Your local library will also have plenty of material, as will your school library. Always use a mix of sources, from print to internet. Most teachers don't really like Wikipedia, however.
Good luck. You"ll have to do the rest of it yourself. It isn't that hard, you know.
