He finds her wrapped in white clouds, white daisies fragrant in her long, untamed curls, smiling at the skies from the highest peak of the mountains. She dances as a ballerina over rocks, over shards of glass, her long, slim feet pliant and folding, sacrificing scarlet life for her swansong, determined to bring him to her.
She turns to face him and they step towards each other. He sings to her soul in the language that only her heart understands, in a voice that slows her breathing, steeps her in love. He sings until their fingertips touch when they reach out, until their palms are equally matched. Until she can count the miles he has walked, the words he left unsaid in the breath he inhales, until he can count the minutes she has waited, the tears she left unshed in the breath she exhales.
Time pauses.
The radiant light of her gray eyes melds into the smoky dreams she sees in his.

words can oftentimes be so general and overused that they perhaps have little meaning or impact, but what I want to say about what you wrote is this: it is good, I like it--the images contained in it gave me a certain feeling that I can't really describe, but it is a good feeling.
