Hi all, I'm wondering if there is a list of works that are in the public domain? I'm really into taking old works and shifting them into a new story. Take for example, Grimm's Fairy Tales published by Zenescope, comics and other such works. I was just wondering what is out there that I haven't heard of...suggestions would be great. I love changing stories and warping minds...good times.

Doesn't Disney's business model also include claiming copyright on the Public Domain stories that they use? No wonder they use new stuff now, it stops people making derivative works from 'their' content! :D
