I love chai, but quality varies depending on the brand because some of them scrimp on the cardamom. Tazo makes good chai, IMO.

absolutely, eryk; Of course, Starbucks is great! Tazo has an already mixed one that is really good (in a box); but it needs to be fresh and used right away!

I love Chai Tea, too. My best friend gave me an Indian recipe a couple of years ago and since then I have at least one Chai Tea almost every day. :)

Agreed, yes. There's a place here in Kansas City that sells a chai latte with a shot of espresso, called a latte charger. Very delicious.
