I was not contemplating joining just browsing and taking Dicken's quiz on my second one I was asked and HERE I am
I teach 6th gr, I love dickens and last year was our first year exploring him and some of his works
I don't believe 6th graders are too young, dickens is the expert in character development and when we read Great Expectations the plot twists were superb We also watched the 1938 BW version with the mice, spiders all through out the marriage table
Hope to meet some new people that are on the same literature page as myself, I am NOT one of those Austin club members
