You know, I think if people can take the time to enter and win these contests:
Picture Poetry Contest
Subject Poetry Contest
Form Poetry Contest
Then they should also take the time to judge them in a timely matter or else we should ask a moderator to kindly be an impartial judge of these contests. For example, the Picture Poetry Contest is bogged down at the moment, the last winner MIA. I thoroughly enjoy these contests, even when I do not win, as many authors seem to our their best into these contests. Can we please move along!
