Hey all,

I'm answering a quiz and i need some help identifying a quote, couldn't find it anywhere online...
:
the question is who said:
"this year more and more people are dying that did not die any other year"
or something to that effect, since the quote in the quiz is not in english it might be a variation of the given sentence.
The options are:
a. lev tolsoy's hairdresser.
b. scott fitzgerald's barkeeper/barman.
c. james joyce's wife.
d. ernest hemingway's fishing instructor.

Any help would be greatly appriciated, Thanks!

At a guess Joyce's wife. It sounds like surreal Celtic humour

This question has been posed in at least 4 threads in as many days. You only have to ask once, and you certainly don't need to create a new profile for every time you want to ask it. As for the answer, I have no idea. Exactly why posterity would choose to remember the words of Tolstoy's hairdresser quite escapes me.

Sorry if this is the 4th post on this question, it's my first.
I guess other people are having trouble with this question also and posted a separate thread. There's no intention of spamming this board.
