Enigma Variation

Wolfgang Amadeus wrote for flute and horn
Ludwig van Beethoven overcame the scorn
Frédéric Chopin pianist Polonaise did write
Franz von Suppé did tell us of a cavalry of light
Antonín Dvořák homesick New World scored
Claude Debussy Clair de Lune
And arabesques outpoured
Then include the names of men like
Handel, Greig and Mendelssohn
Schumann, Wagner, Strauss and Brahms
Music loud and music calm
Elgar’s theme oh what sensation
There’s nothing like his variation

i like bach... "For there's Basie, Miller, Sachimo
And the king of all Sir Duke
And with a voice like Ella's ringing out
There's no way the band can lose" (stevie wonder's sir duke)
