Though it says in the book they had gotten seperated, is she going to come back in the plot of the book? And is it even significant in how she reacted to Winston's attempts to produce a child? I was curious as I kept reading that she was never mentioned in depth, even when he is with Julia. So, to get to the point, is she..significant to the plot? I haven't finished the book, but I'm in Part Two.

No.

Only in the context of her desire to do her duty to the Party.

Not at all, although it is one the things which shapes Winston and his cynicism.
