Hello from California

Hey everyone! My name is Oscar, and I am from Arvin, California (I'm sure you've never heard of it; our only claim to fame is that we are the most air-poullted city in the United States). Currently, I reside in Santa Barbara, CA because I attend the University of California, Santa Barbara. I've been looking at this thread for awhile, and I finally decided to join. I am a big fan of literature, but I don't have much time to do free reading. Most of what I read is assigned in class (which is a lot). I like to write poetry and short stories on my free time. I plan to share it soon.
