2001 BBC version on DVD?

Does anyone know where I could find the region 1 DVD of the BBC version of NN (with D'Arcy as Nicholas) at a reasonable price? All the sites that sell it for ~$22 are out of stock and everywhere else it is nearly $40.

Is the DVD discontinued or just very rare?
