I'm a Brit living in Italy. I'm an avid reader of all sorts and a writer trying to improve my skills. I've just spend two years researching the First World War. My Great Uncle Harold George Macklon fought in the war and afterwards wrote a memoir about his experiences. Its a fascinating account of friendship, bravery and survival.
