Hey guys...I need to write an essay on this topic. Please guide me. I'll be highly obliged. Following are the guidelines:-

1.) Distribution of youth in various fields in developed countries.

2.)Reasons for skewed ratio of involvement of youth in selected sectors.

3.)Why are the youth unwilling to take the plunge to pursue their passions?

4.)Advantages of multi-faceted distribution of youth in different fields.

5.)How do we go about achieving it? (suggetsions like awareness of career porfiles, counselling, change in education system etc.)

Thanks in advance!:)

Hey, I can't answer all of the questions, but I can give a few helpful ideas.
One reason why youth isn't doing much is because they aren't really required to do very much. The standards have been lowered so far, they really don't have to try and challenge themselves to make it in life. On the bright side, this is beginning to change.
Also, Youth in the workforce: They usually stick to the minimum wage, minimum requirements jobs. The youth is trying to get the most out of everyhting while giving up the least.
A possible solution to this degration, raising the standards bar in the education sector. Many kids may fail in the current generation, but after a few years, the others will be forced to work harder to pass and succeed.
Hoped some of this helped, that is if its not too late.
